Commonwealth Bank account fees, how do they compare to other Australian banks?

Well if you are looking at monthly account fees.
Commonwealth bank charges $4 to $6, with some pensioner accounts free.
Westpac charges $3 to $5 - Although $0 basic accounts are available to people in receipt of a government pension or government benefit paid to this account.
NAB ranges from $0 to $10, but basic accounts are $0 currently.
ANZ has everyday bank accounts from $2 to $5, although savings accounts seem to be free.
