Most TVs couldn't be financed, as people can usually afford to pay for them outright. For a more expensive TV though, you could get financing through the store itself, or of course, using a credit card. There are stores out there where there is no need for credit, and simply having a job is enough to buy a number of goods, including in TV. These types of outlets are usually called rent-to-own or something of that nature.
