A tax accountant is one of the more important parts of your business, and so the best way to find one to me is by word of mouth. Ask others who they use and if they're happy with them. Contact your chambers of commerce and ask if there have been complaints about those you're researching, or if they have several tax accountants they could recommend to you. Do understand that the Chamber of Commerce won't give you a full picture, as those not members won't be represented in their answers, but combined with word of mouth, together they give a good snapshot of the best tax accountants for your business.
