Small stocks refer to company’s market size that is below $1 billion. It is very risky to invest in small cap stocks but with the possibility of making high profit. Look into the established company’s that went into public initial offering as these companies already have established their track record. Use only a small percentage of your overall capital when buying small cap stocks due to the high risk involved.
