Refinancing a business is usually done through a bank and involves restructuring a loan, or, using your business as collateral in order to get a new loan. If that doesn't work, another avenue is to look to your suppliers to help you refinance the business. If you have a solid working relationship with them, many times they'll flip the bill in order to ensure keeping your business while helping your business remain healthy, vibrant and growing, which in the end, will also help them.
