Corporate partnership transactions might refer to one of two things. First, it may refer to the transactions undertaken by a corporate partnership. A corporate partnership is a business entity where all the shareholders are also partners who bear proportionate risk and earn proportionate profit in the business. A partnership may engage in any number of transactions in the course of its lifetime. Alternatively, corporate partnership transactions might refer to the transactions undertaken by individual partners within a partnership. In this case, it could refer to one partner selling equity to other partners to be 'bought out' or the normal transaction a partner takes regarding the business of the partnership.
