There are 3 kinds of savings accounts at Wells Fargo and one CD account which is also under the Savings umbrella. They have Goals savings (most common and most popular), Money Market Savings (gives an option to write checks), High Yield Earnings (also has option to write checks but only for Wells Fargo checking customers).
