I am receiving $450.00/mo rent from an dinherited property. How much tax do I pay if I live in the US and wish the money to be send to me.

The income tax brackets are the levels of taxation that the IRS assigns to taxpayers, depending upon their income. The higher your income, the higher your tax brackets. The tax brackets are graduated, and only that income which exceeds the threshold of a particular bracket will be taxed at that bracket's higher level. The brackets differ for taxpayers in various categories, such as Single or Head of Household.
