According to uscourts.org, the most common forms of non-dischargeable debt include certain tax claims, child support, alimony, debts incurred due to malicious acts, most educational loans, fines to government units, debts incurred due to drunk driving, debts that the person did not include in the bankruptcy court documents and certain taxes associated with housing fees.
