A brokerage firm is an entity/person or a middle man between the buyer and the seller. It completes the necessary documents, legal papers, collects money form the buyer to the seller. It is also in charge to complete the purchase of a bond, stocks, it can also be a realty property, etc. The services of the brokerage firm is paid by the seller or the buyer for completing the transaction.
