Opening a bank account in Uzbekistan is simple. The process is the same as opening a bank account in your own country. At a minimum, you must provide proof of your age, address, and legal status, whether you open a bank account in person, on the phone, or on the Internet. You have to present and pass the requirements the Uzbekistan bank asks of you. The requirements can be the following but not limited to: passport, proof residency, payment for the minimum required balance of the account.
