Life insurance is used to pay your loved ones or beneficiary in case of your untimely death, and before you're able to build up enough wealth to cover their living expenses for the rest of their lives (usually spouse). A beneficiary of your life insurance policy can be whoever you choose, and if you die, they will be the one who receive the proceeds of your policy.
