The Black Diamond Income Fund is a company which owns modular space it leases. At this time they own over 1 million square feet of net modular space it can lease. Along with generating income from the leases, the company also makes money from selling logistics, maintenance and related transportation. Other revenue sources are surface rental assets and support equipment.
