Rapid Rewards is Southwest's frequent flyer program. After taking just 8 roundtrips in 24 consecutive months, members automatically get a standard flight free anywhere. Members can also earn points even faster when they choose a Business Select Fare with priority seating, security lane access and a premium beverage coupon. Come March 1, 2011, Rapid Rewards will introduce a new program including no blackout dates and no points expiration.
