according to P. Tek Tang Na Moh, the world reknowned real estate broker (he successfully sold 2 units of Quadrillion Realty condominium Ortigas (since then, the project was cancelled but thats another story), the best place to find an apartment is at Kamuning, Cubao Quezon City. With its proximity to high end a-go-go bars (such as Kulasisi, Takusa, Bayot), the area is close to becoming the heart and soul of Quezon City's night life, rivaling that of the Fort Global City.

the best location is at Barrio Matae (T. Anzures St.), Sampaloc Manila. In the pre Spanish time, this area was the location of Rajah Ambot Saimo kingdom. You can still find remnants of the kingdom (gold plated toilet bowl) in some of the houses (in the early 1900, the kingdom was converted into socialized housing).
