Where to invest in 2010?

I expect 2010 to be the second phase of economic recovery with unemployment peaking and staying high, interest rates staying low, liquidity significantly increasing ,completion of deleveraging, renewed interests in replenish inventory stock and jump-starting productive capacity, and investors' confidence slowly gaining grounds.

Under these circumstances, I expect the following to be good place of investment: real estates, green technology, commodities, high-tech companies (such as cloud computing), industrials and retailers.
