JPMorgan Chase (NYSE:JPM), U.S. Bancorp (NYSE:USB) Declare Quarterly Dividends

Today both JPMorgan Chase (NYSE:JPM) and U.S. Bancorp (NYSE:USB) declared quarterly dividend of 5 cents a common share, making the annual dividend 20 cents a share for each company.

JPMorgan's dividend is payable on April 30, 2010 for shareholders of record on April 6, 2010 at the close of the business day. U.S. Bancorp will issue the dividend to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 31, 2010.

For holders of Series B Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock in U.S. Bancorp, shareholder will receive $218.75 a share for those shareholders of record at the close of March 31, 2010.
 
Holders of  U.S. Bancorp's Series D Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock will receive $492.19 a share for the same time frame as the other shareholders mentioned above.

For J.P. Morgan, here's their dividends offered:
 

- 6.15% Cumulative Preferred Stock, Series E - $3.075 a share (equivalent to $0.76875 a Depositary Share)

- 5.72% Cumulative Preferred Stock, Series F - $2.86 a share (equivalent to $0.715 a Depositary Share)

- 5.49% Cumulative Preferred Stock, Series G - $2.745 a share (equivalent to $0.68625 a Depositary Share)

- Fixed-to-Floating Rate Non-Cumulative Preferred Stock, Series I - $395.00 a share (equivalent to $39.50 a Depositary Share)
