Peter Matthews

Peter Matthews has worked in the financial markets for over thirty years. trading (at various times): equities, money market products, corporate bonds and derivatives. He is still looking for one of those jobs that pay multi million bonuses that the press keep talking about.

Having worked in both London and New York he understands the financial systems on both sides of the Atlantic- what the similarities are and, more importantly, what the differences are.

Although specialising in global financial markets, he also has experience looking at personal financial issues and has spent time working full time for charities in  both New York and London.

His writing experience covers everything from daily comment pages to reports, articles, brochures and presentations as well as producing material for other financial and news based websites.
