Cheese Spot Call futures are for 40,000 – 44,000 pounds (18 to 20 metric tons) of cheddar cheese in blocks or barrels. The futures are quoted in cents per pound and are traded between the hours of 10:45 AM until 10:55 AM Monday thru Friday under the symbol KB. Prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars and cents and the minimum fluctuation for a Cheese Spot Call contract is $100.00 - $110.00.
