What is Medium Term Financing?

Medium term financing is often used for projects that have a definite life cycle. In other words, this funding will help a business by providing funds for equipment or projects that have a foreseeable ending date when the capital will be returned. The financing may come from a bank or lending institution but for bigger corporations this debt will be brought to public markets for greate funding.
