What are Fund Managers?

Fund manager is the individual or committee responsible for the management decisions of a mutual fund. These decision primarily revolve around the investments within the fund but can include expense decisions, personnel decisions and advertising-related management.

For investors the stability or tenure of the management is often used as a gauge for whether or not the mutual fund is worthy of investment.
