So that's what that is? Same thing happened to me. That's crap if you ask me. I can't believe paypal would do that. I'm irritated.

A charge for a cash advance on a credit card. I had a negative balance in my PayPal account and they wanted me to cover it with my back-up funding from my Capital One card. I did, not thinking about it being
a cash advance which of course it was. Sure enough my next statement had a "Cash front end fee" on it dated the same day as the PayPal transaction.
