Deal Advisory Meaning:
Deals Advisory is a type of service provided by large professional services networks and some financial firms that advise and support clients buying a business, selling a business, partnering, funding a business or fixing a business such as fix operational or financial issues. They provide clients with advisory,strategy, corporate finance, due dilligence, valuation, operations, restructuring, capital markets, M&A through their specialist teams in pre deal, deal execution and post deal. They can also assist in originating deals, creating deals, executing deals and realising results from a deal with integrated advice and support from strategy through to execution.

Deal Advisory Example:
Professional networks such as PWC, KPMG, Deloitte and EY offer deal advisory as a service with their integrated team of specialists working on the deal lifecycle. They can structure their deal advisory workforce in divisions such as transaction services, valuations & appraisals and corporate finance. For example corporate finance may guide the client through a fund-raising process from preparing the pitch book to executing the deal, simultaneously working with the help of other teams in deal advisory.
