Human Capital

Human Capital Meaning:
Refers to attributes such as skills, abilities and knowledge in a group of people that allow them to perform economically valuable work. These attributes are gained through education and experience.

Human Capital Example:
Human capital can be thought of as type of capital, just like money and machinery. Just as one country or one company might have more money or better machinery than another, it might also have more human capital than another because its workforce is better educated and/or more experienced.
