Oil Seeds Meaning:
In commodity market terminology, Oil Seeds refer to all class of seeds from which oil is derived. Many Oil Seeds are industrially-grown to produce oil for human consumption.

Oil Seeds Example:
Oil Seeds that are grown and traded as commodities include: soya, cottonseed, corn, rapeseed, sesame and sunflower seeds. After the oil seed extraction process, the residue can be used as a source of protein for animal feed, creating products such as oil-seed cake and presscake.
