RBD Palm Olein

RBD Palm Olein Meaning:
In commodity market terminology, RBD Palm Olein refers to Refined, Bleached and Dried (or RBD) palm oil which is extracted from crushing the fruit of the oil palm tree. RBD Palm Olein is primarily made in Indonesia, and the edible product is used in many countries as cooking oil.

RBD Palm Olein Example:
RBD Palm Olein futures trade on the National Multi-Commodities Exchange or NMCE of India and the Dalian Commodities Exchange or DCE of China. Futures prices on the NMCE are quoted in Rupees and in Remnimbi on the DCE. Contracts traded on both exchanges are for 10 metric tons.
