Retail Forex

Retail Forex Meaning:
In foreign exchange terminology, references to retail forex generally pertain to individual foreign exchange traders that typically trade currencies in smaller amounts. Such smaller traders will often use technical analysis-based trading methods, and they generally trade forex for speculative purposes.

Retail Forex Example:
The retail forex market used to be limited to millionaires, but has recently become far more accessible to the average person with the advent of online forex trading. Some retail forex brokers will now open accounts with $100 or less placed on deposit, and they sometimes offer leverage of 200:1 to small forex speculators.
