What are Water Utilities?

The utilities that are involved with the sanitation and delivery of water to homes and businesses. These tend to be government run entities, given the importance of clean and safe public drinking water, but some corporations have stakes that trade in the market. They tend to pay high dividends to compensate investors for relatively little growth and a minority interest.
