The federal reserve in secret international banking meeting
Saturday, February 6th, 2010
There were 24 central bank representatives who flew into Sydney yesterday for a summit in a secret undisclosed location . It was unconfirmed that Ben Bernake would be there but could make an appearance.
The summit will also include The Peoples Bank of China and Reserve Bank of India who would likely hold more clout than ever before.
While global growth will likely be the key theme of the event, the recent news of sovereign potential defaults of Greece, Portugal, Spain, Ireland or Dubai could be discussed.
